Returns & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

• Returned within 7 days of the delivery date
• In its original, unused condition
• In the original packaging, with all seals intact
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or regulatory reasons:

• Opened or partially used supplements
• Perishable or consumable health products once opened
• Health devices that have been used or whose hygiene seal has been broken
• Products purchased on final sale or marked as non-returnable
• Gift cards

3. How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
2. Await confirmation — our team will respond within 1–2 business days.
3. Ship the item to the return address provided in our confirmation email, packaged securely.
4. Track your refund — processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

We do not process direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please return the original item (subject to eligibility) and place a new order.

7. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of being placed, provided they have not yet been dispatched. Once dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled — please follow the returns process above once you receive the item.
